1. System Analyst

We are seeking a System Analyst II who will be responsible to implement and support the workforce planning solution tailored to the specific business requirements of DPW entities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, engage with vendors, and interact with end-users to gather and validate requirements. Your technical background and functional knowledge will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of the workforce planning solution.

In this role, you will :
  • 1. Lead the techno-functional aspects of implementing and supporting the Labor/workforce planning solution.
  • 2. Collaborate on the rollout of the product for new entities or support work
  • 3. Develop business process designs, perform functional configuration, and conduct unit testing.
  • 4. Produce technical and functional design documents for various aspects, including reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
  • 5. Provide end-user training and support.
  • 6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams, ensuring timely project deliverables.
  • 7. Take ownership of project releases and provide post-go-live support to end-users.
  • 8. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 1. A Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent..
  • 2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • 3. Previous experience with Workforce Management System components.
  • 4. Proficiency in understanding business requirements, processes, and functional specification documents.
  • 5. The ability to produce key artifacts such as fit-gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
  • 6. Strong skills in custom API solutions, API integration, and solutions integration..
  • 7. Deep experience in JAVA full-stack development and knowledge of multiple programming languages.
  • 8. Expertise in Spring framework and Spring Boot, REST & SOAP protocols, microservices design, and CICD tools.
  • 9. Experience with relational databases (Oracle/MSSQL Server/Postgres) and cloud-native development.
  • 10. Familiarity with Agile Software Engineering Methodologies.
  • 11. Experience with UI frameworks like ReactJS is a plus.

2. Business Development Manager

In this role, you will :
  • 1. Prospect new client opportunities & qualify revenue potential.
  • 2. Identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • 3. Implement use of key selling tools, as per Proactive Selling.
  • 4. Complete all sales forecasts on time.
  • 5. Develop and maintain business plans with team members to achieve renewal and upsell/ cross-sell goals.
  • 6. Prepare and develop consultative client presentations.
  • 7. Prepare necessary paperwork to process new business contracts.
  • 8. Coordinate all sales activities associated with primary client accounts with team members.
  • 9. Global lead generation.
  • 10. Client Relationship management (Globally & India).
